How to Get More Mileage From Same Article By Reaching Different Niche Markets

As an information publisher you need no introduction to the benefit of using article as a marketing tool.

But are you making the best use of the articles you have already written?

Do you mail copies of the same article (verbatim) to various ezines in the niche you operate and never think of reaching different market segments?

If you answered yes…then read on to find how a humble article can turn into a nonstop traffic (and profit) generators from different niche markets.

So Many Slants, So Many Niches

Understanding “slant” will get you everywhere. As with any writing, you must tailor your article for the niche you are targeting.

The slant or angle is all about making part of your article more suitable for the specific market you’ve chosen.

Change the slant and a new market possibility opens. Change again - presto - another new market.

So how to get that slant?

Here are the 3 steps:

Step 1: Go through Your article list and bring back to life one of your articles by slanting it for a different niche. Ask yourself, “How can I modify my article to fit _________ market?

Step 2: Update. Change the slant. Alter the length. Rewrite, edit
and rewrite. Always consider your piece as a work in progress.

Step 3: RECYCLE- Get that article into circulation and keep it moving.

Example! Example!

Sure. I know you want to see examples. And here’s one:

Let’s say you have written an article on banana for a health ezine.

How about changing the slant of that piece to one or all of the
following:

* How To make Home Made Face Masks With Banana -for a woman’s ezine/website

* Loose Weight Deliciously with Bananas -for a weight loss
Newsletter/website

* Two bananas a day keep blood pressure at bay - for an insurance Publication/newsletter

* Keeping Bananas Fresh -for a cooking ezine/newsletter

* 8 Banana Smoothie Recipes for athletes -for a sport publication.

That’s a total of five more niche market specific slants for different articles that all build on the research already completed for just the first piece.

Hopefully these examples will inspire you to “get the most buck for your bang.”

The humble banana is just one topic in a world of millions and every concept can find a market.

The work involved in researching data, collection and organization of concepts need only be done once and can be recycled many times.

Benefits?

* Greater productivity and better usage of your time.
* Increased income potential by selling reprint rights for the different markets!

Slant for your niche market and re-slant for your next target market.
