How to find the Instant Products Hidden in Your Mailbox!

 Are you routinely “deleting” the raw gold hidden in your mailbox? Wait!

Don’t hit that delete key yet!

Every day we send out dozens of e-mails, a piece of advice, suggestions  and routinely “delete” the “sent” email folders.

Is it possible to turn these “sent” emails into simple tools for creating additional revenue?

Yes ! Because  every e-mail you write most likely contains a piece of  insight or advice in the area of your expertise.

What if you could turn those one-time messages into an instant tool?

On an average I send at least 15 emails every day to ustomers, prospects, and colleagues.

Here’s a peak inside my “sent” folder and how to turn them into instant products.
=> Instant Product #1

On June 15:th Answered a mail from  customer asking what to do to remove the “read only” attributes for the files in the CD I sold him and how to upload them to his website.

This can become desktop video for beginners - “How to get your website on the web in 3 easy steps using free ftp software”

=> Instant Tool #2

On March 11th: Replied to a query of “Niche Mining Toolkit” customer
who have created and set up his new ebook, using the Toolkit. He could track the clicks to his paypal download page but couldn’t find any sales. Apparently, he made the mistake of not protecting his paypal buy now buttons.

message sent to a new customer about the process of Setting up  secured  e-book download page.

…becomes a “Step-by-Step Video Guide for setting up a secured download page for your PayPal and ClickBank  “Buy Now”  buttons.

=> Instant Tool #3

- June 25th: An e-mail written to a prospect who s desperately seeking ideas for attracting customers s her old source of generating leads have dried up.

…can becomes a “Traffic Funnel Diagram” tool.

So you see?  The possibilities are endless!

You could…

#1 Create a private member-only area, so your customers could access your list of tools.

#2 Include your tools for a new subscriber “Welcome Kit” to introduce them to your business.

#3 Package your forms and documents into a “Do-It-Yourself” type of a product, and sell it on your  web site.

#4 Supplement your collection of tools with audio or desktop video and turn it into a comprehensive “Teach-yourself” system.

#5 Print all the tools you create, put them into a binder and have a ready-to-sell tangible product.

Now since I deal with a niche where my customers and prospects are independent  professionals who sales their own products or service, my emails exchanges will be definitely different from those you send to your target audience.

But you got the idea. Right?

Your Action Steps:

1. Look through your “Sent” e-mails folder, and copy and aste any “sent mail” that has a possibility of creating  re-usable tool for your customers or subscribers.

2. Turn each piece of information into a checklist, uestionnaire, self-assessment sheet, mini-report, a how-to, r any other format that makes sense.

5. Turn each document into a PDF file.

6. Make all the files available on your web site, in a special private “member-only” area.

7. Use this site as a gift for your subscribers, for your blog contests, as bonus gifts for affiliate products you sell.
